We created this multilingual portfolio through the Semantic Web Course.
First, we created an XML file containing my CV data in three languages ​​(French, English, Chinese).
This XML file is based on an XML Schema (XSD) file.
Then, we apply an XSLT transformation on this XML file to output an XHTML file (my CV).
In the XSL file, we add RDFa.
Then, from the XHTML + RDFa files, we generate an RDF / XML file.
A DTD file is also available to have a representation other than the XSD file.
